QTc prolongation (has even been issued a black-box warning from the US Food and Drug Administration following reports of severe cardiac arrhythmias) (1).

Eigenschaften/Wirkungen: D2 receptor antagonist (1).

Pharmakokinetik: short plasma half-life and should therefore be given towards the end of surgery (1).
